"Worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only." Matt. 4:10
The center of our life as a church is worship. Each Sunday morning at 11:00AM we gather together for worship as a covenant family of Jesus Christ. Worship offers the opportunity to praise God in song and prayer, and to be nurtured and challenged as the Word of God is preached by Pastor Coleman. Our goal at all worship services is to help individuals.
Children are encouraged to attend and participate in Worship, as well. On Sunday mornings, children have their own special service that is led in front of the congregation by Pearl Jones, Director of Christian Education. After the sermon, the children are all invited to go to Children's Church in the fellowship hall.
Worship on Sunday, as well as, the many Sunday school classes and bible studies held each week allow us to experience spiritual growth. "...until we all reach unity in the faith and become mature, attaining to who;e measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves..."
